To be able to register you need to have a student ID number within Portland Public Schools (PPS). If you do not attend a PPS school but live within the schools boundaries (Ex: homeschool, charter school, private school) Please contact the Athletic Director at your neighborhood school for support in registering your athlete.

Physical Examination

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. 

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Athletic office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.
